Definition
Pre-order items are products that are available for advance purchase and have a future release date. These items should not be confused with products that merely have a short delivery lead time.

Release Date / Delays
The estimated release date provided by the manufacturer is indicated in the shop and will be updated by me as accurately as possible. Please note that this date is only an estimate and may change—often resulting in delays. The dates listed in the shop are not guaranteed.

Order Placement
If you place a combined order containing both pre-order items and regular (ready-to-ship) products, the entire order will be dispatched only once all items have arrived in Switzerland.

If you would like to receive the ready-to-ship items sooner, please place separate orders for pre-order and regular products.

Cancellations
Pre-order purchases are considered binding and are not merely reservations. As a rule, pre-order items cannot be canceled. However, if there is a delay of more than three months beyond the initially estimated delivery date at the time of ordering, the customer has the right to cancel the affected item. Cancellations must be submitted via email or in writing.

Please note that the right to cancel due to delays expires once the pre-order item has been shipped and the contract thereby fulfilled.
