    Switzerland and Liechtenstein:

    • PostPac Priority: Delivery usually 1 working day after shipment

    • PostPac Economy: Delivery usually 2-3 working days after shipment

     

    Order Processing:
    Orders are mainly processed and packaged on weekends.

    Shipping:

    Switzerland:
    Shipping usually takes place on the next working day after packaging (usually Mon – Wed).

    International Orders:
    International orders may take a little longer, as they are shipped from Germany to keep shipping costs as low as possible.
    Shipping from Germany usually takes place once or twice per week.

    Shipping confirmation/tracking:

    The customer will receive an email on the day of shipment with the shipping information, which usually contains a link to track the shipment.

    Storage:

    If the storage option is selected, the goods will be shipped together with other open orders. If you want the order shipped immediately (for products in stock), please choose another shipping option. If this option is selected, the order will not be shipped until a second order with normal shipping has been selected. Thus, all orders are combined and shipped together. Thus, the customer can save shipping costs.

    If shipping costs have not been selected for any order, they will be requested before the combined orders are sent.

    Storage is possible for two months, after which the shipping costs are demanded and the goods are sent.

    Pre-order:

    Special conditions apply to pre-order items (pre-order items) with a future release date (see separate Pre-order page).

    Other delays:

    Delays from the need for advance payments or answering queries are reserved.

     

    SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS FOR SHIPPING IN OFFICE:

    For deliveries abroad, customs duties, taxes and fees may apply, which are not included in the total price displayed.
