We ship mainly from Germany for international orders to keep costs low, usually once or twice a week. For Switzerland and Liechtenstein, shipping occurs the next working day after packaging (Mon–Wed). PostPac Priority delivers in 1 working day, PostPac Economy in 2-3 days. Orders are processed mostly on weekends. Tracking info is emailed on shipment day.

We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will then offer a replacement or refund based on the situation. You can reach us at info.lilafox@gmail.com.

Pre-order and ready-to-ship items are shipped together once all items arrive in Switzerland. For faster delivery, please order them separately. Pre-orders ship once they arrive from Japan, and delays can happen. If an item becomes unavailable, you get a full refund.

If you choose the Storage option, your order will not be shipped yet. It will stay with us until you place a second order with normal shipping. If you want in‑stock items shipped immediately, please choose another shipping method.

Collect stickers with every order and receive a small gift after collecting 5 stickers!

How it works:

  • With your first order, you receive a loyaltycard + 1 sticker.
  • Orders of CHF 15.– earn 1 sticker, orders of CHF 30.– earn 2 stickers.
  • Once you have 5 stickers, take a photo of your full card and send it via Instagram DM or email to info.lilafox@gmail.com.
  • You can list up to 3 favorite anime – I will try to tailor your gift accordingly.
  • Your gift will be included with your next order.

Important:

  • One gift per full card (no exchanges or returns).
  • Gifts are normally shipped with your next order.
  • If you want the gift shipped separately, please mention this when submitting your card photo — a CHF 3.– shipping fee applies.
  • After redeeming, you will automatically receive a new loyalty card to continue collecting.
